B.K.S. Iyengar developed the use of props such as blankets, belts, blocks and chairs to help students understand a pose and it’s benefits. As your practice deepens you will learn different types of asana including standing, seated, forward bends, backward bends, inversions, and twists.

Classes at The Church of the Good Shepherd and The Complementary Health Centre are £11 drop-in or if you book a block of classses it works out at £9 per session.
